The back bone of organic products

Quality assurance for the Rapuzel organic products is an important objective at all stages of production:

The agricultural engineers train the farmers constantly; they monitor on the spot the production conditions of the raw material
Rapunzel distributes Rapunzel owned clean boxes just before harvests starts – so product quality of the organic apricots, figs and sultanas can be controlled better and contamination risks are minimized
The products are bought right after harvest directly from the farmers; Rapunzel invested in high storage capacities

The supervision of all quality assurance activities is supervised by the Quality Department. The Rapunzel Organik Tarım Quality Department is working with 15 staff members in high season.

Rapunzel's high quality is ensured by:

Quality Control of the raw material starting in the field; there is close collaboration with colleagues from agricultural department
Thorough Quality Control of the raw material from the arrival in the warehouse of Rapunzel: organization of sampling & analysis (physical & chemical & microbiological)
Random microbiological analysis (from products, production units and workers) in our own microbiology laboratory
Product analysis of different production steps
Random final product analysis according to yearly planned analysis chart - Quality Control of packaging material
Control of hygiene standards and also GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)
Strict control of traceability with clear internal code system
